Care decisions made by a licensed clinician — step by step.
We built the process around a simple rule: a licensed clinician reviews your information and prescribes only if it is right for you. Here is exactly what happens.
- Step 1
Complete your online assessment
Answer focused questions about your health history, current medications, symptoms, and goals. It takes about 10 minutes and there is no charge to complete it.
You will be asked to confirm your identity and that you are located in a state we serve.
- Step 2
Meet a licensed clinician on a video visit
A licensed clinician from our telehealth partner, Qualiphy PC, performs your video evaluation, reviewing your history, symptoms, and goals with you.
Your evaluating clinician’s name and license are part of your visit record.
- Step 3
Dr. Buchanan reviews and prescribes, if appropriate
Clay Buchanan, MD, our Medical Director, reviews your evaluation and chart and decides whether treatment is appropriate. If it is not, you will be told why and, where possible, given next steps.
You are only charged for treatment if you are prescribed.
- When needed
Labs, if your care requires them
Some care, hormone programs in particular, requires baseline lab work before a prescription can be issued. Only the labs your care needs are ordered.
Lab costs are not included in membership pricing and are shown separately.
- Step 4
Your treatment ships to your door
If prescribed, your medication is filled by a licensed pharmacy and shipped free in discreet packaging. Nothing on the package or in messages names the medication.
Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy for your specific prescription.
- Ongoing
Check-ins and refills
Your care team follows up to see how you are doing, and your clinician adjusts your plan when needed. You can message the care team and cancel anytime.
Refills are authorized by your clinician based on your progress and any required monitoring.
Questions
Good to know before you start.
Is the assessment really free?
Yes. Completing the online assessment is free. You are only charged if a clinician determines treatment is appropriate and you choose to proceed.
What if a clinician decides treatment is not right for me?
You will not be charged for a prescription, and the clinician will explain their reasoning. In some cases they may recommend seeing an in-person provider.
Who will I see?
Your video evaluation is performed by a licensed clinician through our telehealth partner, Qualiphy PC. Clay Buchanan, MD, our Medical Director and prescribing physician, reviews your evaluation and issues any prescription.
How long does it take?
Asynchronous reviews are typically completed within one business day. Programs that require labs or a video visit take longer because those steps are scheduled around you.
