What we believe
Four principles we don't bend on.
Our physician decides — always
We do not sell you a medication and find a signature later. A licensed clinician sees you by video, then our physician, Clay Buchanan, MD, reviews your visit and history and prescribes only when it is clinically appropriate.
We say what things are
FDA-approved generics and compounded preparations are labeled clearly on every medication page. We never imply a compounded product is FDA-approved.
Labs when they matter
For hormone and testosterone care, we require baseline labs. We would rather ask for data than guess.
No hype, no false promises
We describe how treatments generally work and what to expect. We do not guarantee results, and individual results vary.

Related entities and websites are disclosed in full to our certification and legal partners. Clinical operations, patient records, analytics, advertising accounts, and communications are kept separate.
